Terms of use
Starter terms for using Creator Studio AI. Last updated: October 2026.
Starter terms — review before public launch. These terms are a general starting point, not legal advice. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction (for example India's IT Act and consumer laws) and add your business name and contact details.
1. Using the tools
Creator Studio AI provides free, browser-based tools for content creators. You may use them for personal and commercial projects. No account is required.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the images, text and designs you create or upload. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store your content. You are responsible for having the rights to any images, logos, fonts or other material you use, and for what you publish.
3. Generated text and suggestions
Titles, captions, hashtags, scripts, descriptions, tags, ideas and prompts are produced from templates and rules. They are suggestions only. Review them for accuracy and suitability, and follow the rules of each platform you post on.
4. Calculators and estimates
Engagement and earnings figures are estimates for planning purposes and are not financial advice or a promise of income.
5. Fonts and third-party libraries
Design fonts are served by Google Fonts and are available under open licences (mostly the SIL Open Font License), which generally allow commercial use in images. The editors use Fabric.js (MIT licence). Check the licence of any additional assets you add.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates others, or is intended to deceive or harass. Do not attempt to disrupt the website.
7. Local storage and backups
Saved work lives only in your browser. We are not responsible for data lost when browser data is cleared, a device is changed, or storage limits are reached. Use the export features to keep backups.
8. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and results may vary between browsers and devices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tools.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
